Estates here are their own kind of household
Properties in the Ranch tend to carry a genuine staff: a housekeeper or two, a groundskeeper or landscape crew, an estate manager, sometimes a chef, a driver, and childcare. Several families also keep a second residence and move people between them seasonally.
That structure needs coordination rather than software. We keep pay cycles, documentation and records coherent across the whole household, however many people and properties are involved.
What we handle locally
- Payroll. Every household employee on one consistent, correctly filed arrangement.
- Onboarding. New staff documented properly before their first day.
- Confidentiality agreements. Prepared as a matter of course, not an afterthought.
- Staff management support. Schedules, expectations and household standards, held steadily over time.
Discretion is the whole point
